Appointments are booked directly by phone, text, or email. Because each service is tailored to your location and number of guests, this allows me to provide accurate scheduling while avoiding overlaps. Once you reach out, I'll work with you to find a time that fits your schedule.
Yes. All services include a full clean-up of the area used. Whether it's a home, office, or event space, you won't have to worry about hair or set up. I take care of everything so your space is left clean and ready to use.
My set-up is compact and mobile. I'll need a small area for my chair and my tools, and access to a nearby outlet. Overall, I can work comfortably in most home, office, or event spaces without disruption.
I'm flexible and can travel to most locations within the greater ATL area. Travel is limited to within the state of Georgia, and for long distances, pricing may be adjusted to account for for travel time and convenience.
Individual Appointments: Cancelations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. First-time late cancelations will be required to put a a card on file before being able to reschedule, and any subsequent late cancelations will be charged 100% of the appointment price.
Group and Corporate Bookings: A card will be kept on file. Cancelations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the total cost for all bookings. This policy helps ensure scheduling fairness and allows clients to receive timely, professional service.
I accept Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash App, and cash. For group or corporate bookings, each guest can pay separately using their preferred method, or an individual can choose to cover the entire expense of any group service.
Office bookings are coordinated directly with the designated point of contact, such as an office manager or event organiser. A day is selected for on-site services, and employees book individual time slots around their workday. Due to time constraints, there is a maximum number of appointments that can be accommodated in a single day.
For group bookings outside of an office setting, a block of time is reserved based on the number of people receiving services. Guests can rotate in any order , without the need for scheduled time slots, allowing for a more relaxed and flexible set up.
There isn't a strict minimum. For smaller groups (2-4 people), I can accommodate based on location and scheduling, with price adjusted accordingly. For groups of 5 or more, my pricing stabilizes, making it simple to plan corporate or event bookings.
